We use submitted information to respond to your request, send the checklist or planning resource you asked for, prepare a right-sizing or home-sale conversation, answer questions, and improve the website experience.
Submitting a form means you are asking Phillip’s team to follow up about your real estate or downsizing questions. We do not sell your personal information.
Analytics and website measurement
DownsizePro Utah uses Google Analytics to understand general website activity, such as page views, traffic sources, checklist/PDF downloads, phone-link clicks, and form-submission events. Analytics helps us improve the website and understand which resources are useful. We do not intentionally send private message contents, passwords, financial details, legal details, medical information, or other sensitive personal information to Google Analytics.
Form processing and email delivery
DownsizePro Utah forms are processed through FormSubmit and delivered to Utah’s Realty Team by email. Email is useful for quick follow-up, but it may not be appropriate for highly sensitive information. Please do not submit private financial, legal, medical, or account-password information through these forms.
Sharing information
We may share information only as needed to respond to your request, provide real estate service, operate the website, comply with legal obligations, or work with approved service providers that support website hosting, form processing, email delivery, analytics, or client follow-up.
